One in four people will lose sight in their lifetime, but Richard Taylor and a team of experts are working to reverse that by developing a new type of retinal implant. Richard is an academic expert in chaos theory, fractals, and the relationship between art and science. At the University of Oregon, he is a professor of physics, psychology and art, and the director of the Materials Science Institute.
