Whether you are looking for support for yourself or trying to navigate care for someone else, Revive can help connect you with useful resources.
Previously known as Canopy, Revive offers confidential, one-on-one support for mental health, life coaching, financial well-being, legal concerns, buying or selling a home and other everyday challenges. Revive can also help you find care providers and other resources for children, adults, elders and pets.

Canopy members do not need to do anything to transfer their accounts to Revive; your login will stay the same and the Canopy URL will redirect to Revive’s site.
