The results of the 2015 University Senate election are now available at http://senate.uoregon.edu/content/2015-senate-elections-results.

The Senate is the university’s primary legislative body and source of university standing committees.

In all, 884 votes were cast to fill 54 of 61 committee and Senate positions. The Senate is working with the Officers of Administration Council to fill four remaining vacancies.

Additional vacancies in the natural sciences and humanities areas in the College of Arts and Sciences, and a seat in “other academic units,” also need to be filled.
