UO business affairs director Kelly Wolf has been promoted to associate vice president for business affairs and university controller.
Wolf has served as business affairs director and controller since 2006, leading a staff of more than 60 employees. The team provides a host of business services to campus, including accounting, financial reporting, asset management, payroll, accounts payable, travel, student billing, collections, student loans, cashier services and business-related information services.
As part of the change to a board of trustees governance model, Wolf now will have additional internal tasks added to his portfolio that previously were performed by the chancellor’s office. Those include debt and cash management, preparation of audited financial statements, tax reporting and additional payroll-related responsibilities.
“I look forward to Kelly’s leadership extending to these critical new functions as we move forward with our governance transition,” said Jamie Moffitt, vice president for finance and administration, in an e-mail announcing the promotion. “Please join me in congratulating Kelly as he takes on these new responsibilities.”
