The UO Board of Trustees voted Thursday to accept the resignation of Michael Gottfredson as president and appointed Scott Coltrane as interim president

Jake LaPutka has moved up to the professional circuit and is looking for sponsorships after winning the amateur world championship

The former journalism dean will take over for outgoing faculty athletics representative Jim O'Fallon, who will work alongside Gleason for the coming year

The move will all the UO to follow best practices for managing its trademark program and reach a wider audience for its branded merchandise
