The Oregon Athletic Department will conduct 2014 "Fan Day" on Saturday, Aug. 23. The annual event, which runs from noon to 2 p.m., allows fans to meet and greet players from this year's football team. The event will again be held inside Autzen Stadium and is free to the public.
Fans must park in the East Lot of Autzen, next to the PK Park baseball facility. Entry 5 will be available with the lot opening at 10:30 a.m. Enter Autzen through the East entrance, closest to the parking area.
Doors will open up at Noon and will feature an array of fan activities led by Oregon Football players, including:
- The Oregon Community Credit Union TD Pass
- The Carl’s Jr. Obstacle Course
- The Umpqua Dairy Football Toss
- The Pepsi Webfoot Power Kick
- The "Get-in-Gear" Station
- The Jerry's Home Improvement Blocking Bags Station
Due to split team meetings, the appearance by Oregon Football players will be divided in half, with one half of the team participating from Noon to 1:00pm and the second half available from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fans will be limited to one autographed item per player.
The team will exit Fan Day PROMPTLY at 2:00 p.m.
Fans will be permitted to bring bottled water into Autzen Stadium. Additionally, there will be two watering stations located on the field for fans. No other concessions will be available and no other food or beverage will be permitted into the stadium.
The event will be preceded again this year by the unveiling of the 2014-15 Spirit T-shirt slogan at 11:00am in front of the East entrance of Autzen Stadium. This will be your first opportunity to buy the new Spirit Tee, and pick up some free samples from Umpqua Dairy and Pepsi.
