Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
New:
- Oregon Hall east wing paint repair work in the hallways near the third and fourth floor restrooms, Sept. 27-Oct. 5.
- Campuswide fire hydrant testing conducted, Oct. 2-3.
- Oregon Hall emergency steam shutdown will affect building heat, Oct. 2.
- Matthew Knight Arena video board will be removed and replaced Oct. 6.
- Lawrence Hall electrical power shut down to tie in the new electrical panel with the main panel, Oct. 11-12.
Updated:
- Hustis Hall basement access route has been restored, effective Sept. 28.
- Streisinger Hall loading dock furniture receiving activity for Huestis Hall Renovation Project has been extended to Oct. 6.
- Klamath Hall chilled water, supply airflow and electrical outage has been updated to include isolating the steam supply which may result in lower building temperatures, Oct. 9
