UO President Michael Gottfredson and his wife, Karol Gottfredson, joined the university's presidential scholars for a dinner in their honor on Monday night.

About 200 current UO students are recipients of the prestigious Presidential Scholarship, awarded to 50 academically outstanding Oregon students each year.
