Proposed changes to several officer of administration procedures generated considerable feedback during a recent open-comment period. The procedures will remain under review to allow further discussion and consideration to ensure the changes best meet the needs of the university and OAs.
The Office of Human Resources will notify the campus community when decisions regarding implementation of changes are made.
OA procedure changes were proposed in early April followed by a 10-day comment period. The proposal includes changes related to corrective discipline, performance management and time-off policies, among others.
