Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus. The department broadcasts important campus notifications in a variety of ways to keep the university community informed about building maintenance, emergency management testing, construction and other campus planning and facility projects.

- Campus fire systems testing and maintenance schedule for summer 2023 through Sept. 21: Week of July 24 affects Museum of Natural and Cultural History, Prince Lucien Campbell Hall, Student Rec Center, Esslinger Hall and tennis courts.
- McArthur Court ventilation system work and noise advisory, through Aug. 4.
- Knight Library fourth floor fireproofing repair advisory, July 24-Sept. 1.
- Knight Library air conditioning shutdown during renovations in the basement, July 25.
- Prince Lucien Campbell Hall heating for hot water will be offline for repairs, July 26.
- Lokey Education A building heat shutdown to repair valve, Aug. 2.

- Campus air-handling unit preventative maintenance scheduled for July 2023 affects Thompson University Center, Prince Lucien Campbell Hall, Condon Hall, EC Cares Main office plus EC Whiteaker and EC Westmoreland modules.
- Cascade Hall heat exchanger offline for repairs, Aug. 1-3.
- University Health Services roof leak investigation and repair advisory, through Aug. 2.
