Three members of the Board of Trustees at the University of Oregon will hold office hours this spring to hear from members of the campus community.
Jimmy Murray, the nonfaculty staff member on the board, will hold office hours to connect with classified staff and officers of administration. Murray is a technology specialist and student coordinator with the Price Science Library.
His drop-in session for classified staff members is noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 17, in the Erb Memorial Union’s Metolius Room. The session for OAs is noon to 1 p.m. Friday, May 18, in the EMU’s Lighting Room.
Faculty trustee Laura Lee McIntyre will have a session for faculty colleagues Friday, May 18, from noon–1 p.m. in the EMU’s Metolius Room. McIntyre is a professor and head of the Department of Special Education and Clinical Sciences in the College of Education.
A session for students with trustee Will Paustian is 11 a.m. to noon Friday, June 1, in the student government’s office on the ground floor of the EMU. Paustian is a junior in the Clark Honors College.
Each trustee sent an email to members of their respective groups inviting them to drop in to ask questions, give feedback and discuss concerns and ideas.
