Some 92 members of the campus community were awarded promotion and tenure this academic year, across a wide array of disciplines.
A total of 28 achieved the rank of full professor, with 30 earning associate professor with tenure, nine receiving senior instructor I status, eight receiving senior instructor II status, seven earning senior lecturer I status, three earning senior research assistant I, two named associate librarian and one each earning senior lecturer II, earning senior research assistant II, senior research associate, senior librarian and research associate professor ranks.
The list, encompassing tenure and non-tenure track faculty, has been made available following a June 5 celebration event honoring all those receiving tenure and promotion.
Tenure and promotion is granted each year by May 1 for tenure track faculty and promotions are granted by June 1 for non-tenure track faculty.
