The University of Oregon has formally requested reconsideration of its proposed tuition increase from the Higher Education Coordinating Commission.
 
A memo was submitted May 22 outlining the potential financial impact of the HECC decision.
 
The commission will meet Thursday to receive additional information from university leaders and potentially vote again on the proposal.
