UO's Mary Wood makes "Legal Call to Arms" to remedy environment, climate

University of Oregon law professor Mary Wood said in an interview this month with Yale Environment 360 that U.S. environmental laws are simply not working.

Wood, a Philip H. Knight Professor of Law and faculty director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program, explained in the interview why she believes a new strategy and judicial intervention are needed.

Yale Environment 360 is an online publication of the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
