University Housing is seeking volunteers to help with Unpack the Quack. The annual move-in event to welcome new students to campus is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19 through Monday, Sept. 28.

Volunteers will greet students, provide directions and perform other physically distanced tasks, but will not be able to help move any items into the residence halls. The opportunity is open to faculty and staff members, returning students and any campus-affiliated group.

Registration and training for Unpack the Quack is available online. Sign up for one or more shift that fits your schedule.

Volunteers should come wearing face coverings, comfortable closed-toe shoes and Duck gear.
