Beth Stormshak is an academic expert in risk factors in early and middle childhood associated with the development of problem behavior in late adolescence, including substance use and delinquency. Her work focuses on child and family mental health prevention. She has worked on the development of a model of intervention delivery called the Family Check-Up, which now has an online program that is readily implemented in schools and community health agencies.
