Biography:
Gerard Sandoval is an academic expert in immigration, urban planning and undocumented workers, especially related to the Latino/a immigrant community. He studies the effects of urban redevelopment on immigrant neighborhoods, specifically gentrification, displacement, infrastructure, marginal communities, low income housing and the socio-economic implications of development in immigrant communities.
