The University of Oregon has been ranked the best four-year college in the state by the website Schools.com, which focuses on affordability, flexibility and student services.The UO was credited for being one of the most affordable schools statewide, based on the average net price paid by low-income students. Average net price is an out-of-pocket estimate based on subtracting the expected amount of financial aid from the costs of attending college — including tuition, fees, books, supplies and housing.
