The New Student Fall Retreat helps unite Ducks from underrepresented backgrounds

In the program's first year, 30 UO Ducks worked with small businesses and nonprofits

The site offers a way to connect to a range of services, programs and support

The jobs give students experience that makes them more attractive to future employers

Those who complete challenges will be entered in weekly drawings
