Comments open on university fees and charges for 2025-26

The annual open forum to collect feedback on proposed changes to course fees and other charges, fees and fines for services, facilities, operations and programs will take place in person this year Feb. 12 from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Erb Memorial Union Lease Crutcher Lewis Room.

Fee changes include key replacements, childcare rates, and room and equipment rentals. The fees are listed in the Special Fees, Fines, Penalties and Service Charges Fee Book.

Proposed changes for the 2025-26 academic year and 2026 summer session are posted for review on the Budget and Resource Planning website.

The deadline for submitting comments is March 12. Any member of the University of Oregon community, including faculty members, staff and students, who cannot attend the forum may submit comments via the public comment survey, which opens Feb. 12.
