Omada Health (for Kaiser and Providence members) and Teladoc Health (for Moda members) offer no-cost diabetes prevention programs. These online health programs provide:

Management and treatment: Virta Health and Livongo
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, there are programs that can help:
Virta Health,available at no cost to Providence and Moda members, focuses on reversing Ttype 2 diabetes with a medically supervised nutrition plan. The clinical team delivers care remotely and is available whenever and wherever you need them. You’ll receive supplies and access to the program via a smartphone app. See average results and calculate your own potential outcomes on the Virta website.
Health coaching
Kaiser, Moda and Providence all offer individual health coaching at no cost that can help with weight management, nutrition and increasing physical activity.

And of course, doctor visits and prescription medications for diabetes and other chronic conditions are covered by each of our health plans. You may even pay no out-of-pocket expenses for primary care visits to manage your diabetes.
