The benefits office is hosting drop-in sessions to provide benefits-eligible employees the opportunity to take action and get assistance, if needed, during the annual open enrollment period. All benefit-eligible employees are required to complete open enrollment by Oct. 31, even if no changes are being made.
Computers will be available at all sessions so employees can complete the two-step online open enrollment process through the Public Employee Benefits Board system and Health Engagement Model health assessment through their medical insurance provider. There is no registration required to attend.
All sessions will be held in person in the Umpqua Room at Erb Memorial Union on the following days:
- Thursday, Oct. 14, 7:30 -10 a.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2-5 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 21, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Resources and information to assist employees with the process are available on the open enrollment webpage. There, employees can find instructions, quick links to plan changes and the virtual benefits fair, and a recorded open enrollment presentation.
