Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
- Esslinger Hall rooms 112, 116 and 250-259 HVAC shut down during abatement removal, through Aug. 30.
- Lewis Integrative Science Building scaffolding work advisory for the week prior to the Sept. 4 chilled water shut down to repair a broken flange.
- Huestis Hall exhaust air duct connection and valve work will not affect the air system, through Sept. 13.
- Cascade Hall third floor domestic and industrial water will be shut down to remove and cap Fotopanel water lines, Aug. 28.
- Clinical Services, Education Annex, Lokey Education, Esslinger Hall, HEDCO Education Building and Student Recreation Center exterior window cleaning, Sept. 3-4.
- Friendly Hall onsite assessment of existing conditions, Sept. 4.
Updated:
- Additional utility work scheduled on East 13th Avenue affecting traffic, Aug. 27.
- Rescheduled due to weather: Klamath Hall reroofing project: The liquid roof membrane will be applied causing odors in the surrounding area, Aug. 28-29.
- Additional crane activity on the loading dock between Klamath Hall and Streisinger Hall, Sept. 9.
