University Communications provides training about the University of Oregon brand. The next offering for faculty and staff is on Feb. 10 from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in the Ford Alumni Center, Room 403. Registration is now open.
While open to all, this periodic training is geared toward those whose primary position is not in marketing and communications but do have job responsibilities related to communications or regularly apply the UO brand in their work.
The 90-minute gathering is an opportunity to learn about compliance, how to incorporate the university’s intellectual property into departmental work, and have questions answered by the UO brand experts. The training covers a range of topics, including visual identity, logos and marks, trademark and licensing, and ordering merchandise.
