Health care tax statements generated by Human Resources have been mailed to full-time, benefit-eligible employees as mandated by the Affordable Care Act.
Under the ACA, employers are required to provide health care tax statements (IRS form 1095) to full-time employees. Full-time employees receiving statements are those who are benefit-eligible with a 0.75 FTE or more position.
This statement is for informational purposes only. It is not required to complete or file 2015 taxes.
