University of Oregon employees can still stay connected to the office by checking their desk phone voicemails remotely.

For those used to checking voicemail, call 541-346-1111, or 503-412-3801 for Portland, and follow the normal steps of entering the five-digit UO extension and security code. Follow the voice prompts to check messages and record greetings.

Those who have not previously set up voicemail should follow the setup tutorial. This will allow users to select a security code and record a greeting and name.

The UO's voicemail system can also send voicemail messages by email. To request this feature or learn more, visit the UO Service Portal.
