Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
New:
- Lokey Labs Room 96 construction activity during room remodel, through June 13.
- Erb Memorial Union plumbing project will shut down various rooms within the building, through June 17.
- Lawrence Hall reroofing activity to produce noise and odor in and near the building, June 17-Sept. 12.
- Campuswide door lock procedure for Juneteenth and summer, June 19 and June 20-Sept. 22.
- Streisinger Hall rooms 276 and 375C affected during pipe rerouting construction work, June 27-July 3.
Updated:
- Rescheduled: Computing Center and McKenzie Hall chilled water shutdown will affect the building’s cooling system, June 10.
- Postponed from June 3: Pacific Hall, Columbia Hall and the Cascade Annex Science Stores area electrical shutdown to replace compromised circuit breakers and inspect electrical equipment.
- Delayed from June 9-11: Lawrence Hall east entryway, adjacent parking spaces and lot area between Lawrence Hall and Cascade West buildings to experience somewhat limited access and construction noise due to potholing work.
