The University of Oregon ID Card Services office has changed its method of communications.
To contact the UO ID card office, people will no longer send email. Instead, they can submit a ticket through the UO Service Portal.
The upgrade helped the ID card office align with other systems used at the university.
“It was a mixture of making a simpler and more efficient system for people requesting services,” said Emmally Evans, card office manager. “This also makes it so they could provide all the information we need in the ticket itself.”
Other ID card processes remain the same. Students and staff must upload a photo online prior to receiving their ID card in the office located on the ground level of the Erb Memorial Union. More information about ID card services is available online.
