Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
- Campus air handling unit preventative maintenance schedule for August affects Black Cultural Center, Klamath Hall, Museum of Natural and Cultural History, Viv Olum Child Development Center and Annex, AAA Woodshop, Hart House, Miller Theatre Complex, Villard Hall, Friendly Hall, Fenton Hall, Chapman Hall, University Hall, Fine Arts 125A and 125C, and Wilkinson House, through Aug. 31.
- 1600 Millrace’s north sidewalks will be pressure washed, Aug. 5-7.
- Huestis Hall and Lokey Labs needing three electrical shutdowns to complete coordination work between the two buildings, Aug. 7, 21 and 29.
- Huestis Hall steam system shut down to install a valve, Aug. 9.
- East 13th Avenue utility work affecting traffic and bike lanes, Aug. 12-13.
- Campus elevator traction full load testing continues affecting Clinical Services Building, Carson Hall, Tykeson Hall, Barnhart Hall, Hatfield-Dowlin Complex, Onyx Bridge, Oregon Hall and Lewis Integrative Science Building, Aug. 19-27.
