University leaders provided instructional faculty members with reminders about submitting end-of-term grades in an email sent Dec. 7.
Scott Pratt, executive vice provost for academic affairs, and Julia Pomerenk, university registrar, provided guidance around use of the incomplete grade and processes replacing the Y grade. The Y grade was discontinued beginning this fall.
The message also noted that students would be able to view their grades without having to submit course evaluations for fall 2017, due to Banner being unavailable during a portion of the evaluation submission period.
Instructional faculty are to submit their final grades by Tuesday, Dec. 12.
