A series of supervisor workshops starts on Jan. 22. The three Zoom workshops are intended for faculty and staff who supervise other employees. Participants will learn about policies and effective practices related to employee supervision at the University of Oregon. They’ll also get some hands-on practice.
“Supervisors will get to learn some practical tips and practice difficult conversations in a supportive and fun environment,” said Peter Fehrs, associate director of employee and labor relations, and series instructor. “If they're able to carve out the time for these trainings, it will be worth the investment.”
Register for the workshops in MyTrack at the links below. You can attend one session or all of them.
