The Office of Human Resources invites UO community members to join in the celebration of those who have retired or will retire in the current academic year.

The event will take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. June 13 in the Redwood Auditorium of the Erb Memorial Union, with a special presentation at 9:30 a.m. that includes remarks from President Michael Schill.

The 2017 retirement reception webpage provides a list of retirees. Those who plan to attend the reception should RSVP through event registration in Making Tracks. 

HR wants to be sure they have invited all retirees to the celebration. Sandee Bybee, HR communications manager, said HR relies on several sources to invite all honored retirees to the annual reception.

“If someone who has retired or will be retiring by July 1, 2017, has not received an invitation, they should complete the retirement notification form, and a personal invitation will be extended right away,” Bybee said.
