Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
- Huestis Hall fire suppression system offline for final inspection, June 18.
- Wilkinson House exterior painting advisory plus parking spaces immediately north of building blocked off, June 18-28.
- Willamette Hall fume hoods shut down to clean heat recovery coils, June 20-21.
- Pacific Hall Room 306 noise advisory during installation of new lab benching, June 24.
- New Residence Hall, New Apartment Style Residence Hall, Earl Hall, Straub Hall, Hayward Field, LLC North, LLC South, Bean Hall, Unthank Hall, Ford Alumni, Mathew Knight Arena, Global Scholars Hall and Kalapuya Ilihi standby power shut down to finalize recent electrical building improvements, June 26.
- Huestis Hall Room 104 gas supply will be offline to replace a solenoid, June 28.
Updated:
- End date extended: CPFM Compound main vehicle and pedestrian gate replacement project will reroute vehicle and pedestrian traffic through June 28.
- Rescheduled: Klamath Hall reroofing project now taking place through Nov. 1. Pressure washing noise can be expected, June 18.
- Work planned in Pacific Hall Room 13 including compressed air, lab vacuum lines, RO water and low VOC paint, scheduled for June 24-28.
- Rescheduled: Huestis Hall HVAC air rebalancing now scheduled through June 21.
- Closure: Pedestrian path between Knight Library and the cemetery closed June 20-Oct. 15; exterior restoration of the bricks, windows and roof scheduled to be completed Dec. 31.
