A new set of wellness seminars for the summer will help UO employees focus on different areas of personal care.
The Office of Human Resources, partnering with the UO employee assistance provider Cascade Centers, will offer several presentations on campus to give employees the chance to focus on themselves and their own well-being.
The seminar series focuses on a different aspect of personal well-being each month. The free sessions are open to all benefit-eligible employees. Each session will be broadcast live via a webinar to UO Portland and the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology in Charleston.
The summer schedule:
- June 27, noon to 1 p.m., “Generations at Work,” Erb Memorial Union Redwood Auditorium.
- July 18, noon to 1 p.m., “Equity and Inclusion – A Journey in Personal Growth,” EMU Crater Lake North, Room 146.
- Aug. 23, noon to 1 p.m., “Balancing Work and Family,” EMU Redwood Auditorium.
More information about each session and registration instructions are available on the wellness seminar series webpage.
A recording of the presentation will be posted to the HR website. Recording of the winter wellness series sessions are available on the HR website.
