Immigration has become a heated topic on the campaign trail for the 2016 elections, but the UO Center for Latino/a and Latin American Studies is trying to bring the immigration topic back in focus.From 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 13, in Room 156 Straub Hall, the Latino/a and Latin American department will host “Latin@s and the 2016 Election: Policies, Immigration and Action.”
The building will be home to two UO programs, the university’s Product Design Program and Tyler Invention Greenhouse.
