University of Oregon groups and individuals organizing events on campus should be aware of updated policies from Catering and Conference Services that went into effect on Sept. 1.
Examples of changes include final guest count and changes being due 10 business days prior to events instead of the previous five. Deposits, late change fees and late booking fees will also be charged in this time frame. Cancellations will still be allowed up to five business days prior to an event with no charges incurred.
These changes were implemented to streamline scheduling process and ensure the coordinators can accommodate as many events as possible.
