The University of Oregon’s debit card program, Duck Bucks, has added an online form to simplify payroll deduction for faculty and staff.
Before the online form became available, payroll deductions for Duck Bucks had to be requested in writing using a paper form at the UO payroll office.
“Adding the online form for payroll deduction adds one more layer of convenience to Duck Bucks,” said Tamarra White, card office and guest services manager at the Erb Memorial Union. “Faculty and staff can skip the paper form and simply go online to start, change or stop their payroll deduction.”
In addition to payroll deduction, deposits to a Duck Bucks account can be made online or by phone with a credit card, or in person at ID Card Services in the EMU.
Duck Bucks, previously called Campus Cash, is available to anyone with a UO ID card.
After money is deposited into an individual’s Duck Bucks account, their ID card can be used for payment at multiple on-campus locations, including retail eateries, residence dining halls, campus Duck Stores and the EMU ticket office. The user’s Duck Bucks account balance is shown on the cash register monitor after each purchase.
