Employees can donate career-ready clothing to students

Much like a good cover letter, student Ducks need to dress to impress at job interviews.

The University Career Center and Student Sustainability Center invite the University of Oregon community to clean out their closets and donate good-condition, interview-ready clothing for the new Career Closet pop-up March 13.

From noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, or Thursday, Feb. 20, in the Erb Memorial Union Fishbowl, drop-off new or gently used business casual and business professional clothes such as blazers, slacks, suits, dresses, polos, button-up shirts, skirts, ties, belts and anything else worn to a job interview.

Want to volunteer to help the center organize donations, staff the pop-up closet on March 13 or donate funds? Reach out to career@uoregon.edu.
