The Financial Stewardship Institute is accepting nominations

The Financial Stewardship Institute is accepting nominations for its 2025-26 cohort. All University of Oregon faculty, classified employees and officers of administration are eligible for the program, which runs from October to February. Nominations are due Sept. 15.

Participants will attend eight workshops covering the university’s budget and financial planning, human resources, grant administration, purchasing and contracting and more. Each participant will also be part of a small group that provides consultation on a real-life financial or operational challenge a university unit is facing.

Past cohort members have appreciated the opportunity the institute offers to make connections with colleagues they wouldn’t otherwise meet while participating in an engaging learning experience.
