University of Oregon faculty, classified staff, officers of administration and graduate employees have until March 9 to take the UO-Gallup employee engagement survey. You should have received an email invitation with your unique survey link from Gallup Feb. 23. The invitation has the subject line “You’re invited: Take the engagement survey by March 9.” Gallup has also sent reminders to those who haven’t yet completed the survey.
If you can’t find the emails from Gallup, try checking the Other tab in your Outlook inbox and your Deleted Items folder. If you still can’t find your survey link, email uoengagement@uoregon.edu to have the invite sent again.
Following the survey, units and teams will have guided conversations about their results and discuss concrete actions they can take to improve the workplace experience.
