Faculty members from across academic disciplines are invited to apply to the Faculty Affiliation Program at the Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact.
The program is open to UO faculty members of all ranks with a primary appointment outside of the Knight Campus who conduct research or teaching related to Knight Campus focus areas as described in the Knight Campus Strategic Plan.
The Knight Campus Affiliation Program offers two distinct memberships — associates and affiliates — for UO faculty members whose primary appointment is outside the Knight Campus.
Knight Campus associates are tenure-related faculty members and faculty members in the research professor classification with primary appointments outside the Knight Campus who are interested in committing time and energy in Knight Campus activities and programs.
Knight Campus affiliates are UO faculty members of all ranks with a primary appointment outside of the Knight Campus who would like to be kept abreast of activities and programs offered by the Knight Campus through direct communication.
Associates and affiliates are listed on the Knight Campus website and receive direct mailing and invitations.
Faculty members interested in joining the Knight Campus Faculty Affiliation Program can apply online by Friday, Jan. 31. Appointments are for three years and are renewable. Notification about the status of applications will be made by the end of February.
