The boundary between indigenous communities and settler society will be explored during a symposium this Thursday and Friday presented by the Oregon Humanities Center’s Indigenous Philosophies Research Interest Group.The symposium, “Colonial and Decolonial Connections,” takes place April 30 and May 1 at several campus locations. All events are free and open to the public.
The Craft Center was the first relocated program to open in a new space as the Erb Memorial Union undergoes expansion.
The May 2 event will provide visitors an insider's look, and provide the opportunity to have objects they've found identified.
The award will help Keller finish a book on Cornelis Drebbel, the 17th century Dutch inventor of the submarine.
