Under the proposal, which still must go before the Board of Trustees, resident tuition at the UO would remain below that of peer research universities.

Among other issues, trustees also heard reports on government issues at the state and federal levels and discussed building names.

Dunn and Deady halls are two buildings whose names have raised concerns among students calling for racial equity and respect.
