Indigenous Peoples Day to be celebrated on Kalapuya land

The University of Oregon community is invited to the Erb Memorial Union Amphitheater on Kalapuya land Oct. 13, Indigenous Peoples Day, for a joyous noontime ceremony to replace the nine tribal flags.

Coordinated annually by the Native American Student Union, the event features speakers and performances by students, employees and tribal members.
