University of Oregon community members who'd like a guided preview of the new Duo Universal Prompt can register for one of three training sessions scheduled for late February.
Information Services will host the webinars Feb. 22 and 27, just before the Duo update takes effect on Feb. 28.
Staff, faculty and students can sign up through the Duo Universal Prompt trainings page in the UO Service Portal. Advance registration is strongly recommended.
Melanie Ferstman, the training specialist in Information Services, will demonstrate the new Verified Duo Push, biometric verification options and changes to the device registration process. All three hour-long sessions will cover the same content, with time for questions.
"These trainings complement our written resources to support a variety of learning styles," said Gary Sullivan, senior director of user support services. "We want to help you feel prepared for this change."
Information Services has published a new FAQ and other information about the Duo Universal Prompt.
Anyone with questions can submit a ticket through the two-step login support page in the UO Service Portal.
