The University Health Center will hold a series of fall flu shot clinics at locations across campus to give faculty and staff more options for getting immunizations.
The first clinic is Wednesday, Aug. 31, at the Knight Law Center in the student lounge from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. A complete listing of locations and dates is provided below.
Flu shots are available to all faculty and staff. A current UO ID card must be presented at the clinic along with a PEBB insurance card for those currently enrolled in UO group health insurance plans through Providence and Moda for courtesy billing.
UO employees not currently covered on a Providence or Moda health plan will need to pay by cash or check at the time of service, according to the University Health Center. The cost is $30 for faculty and staff, and $20 for students.
