DuckWeb — the website University of Oregon students, faculty members and staff use to check grades, view pay stubs and change personal information — will be unavailable for much of the day Saturday, July 11, while UO Information Services performs essential maintenance.
The work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. During that time, several related administrative applications also will be unavailable: Banner, the behind-the-scenes side of DuckWeb; AppWorx, a job scheduling service; and DuckDocs, the service for document management and electronic workflows.
In addition, new students and new employees will not be able to claim their Duck ID accounts during the maintenance.
Anyone with questions can contact the Technology Service Desk by phone at 541-346-4357, by live chat or through the UO Service Portal.
