Biography:
David P. Weber is an academic expert in sports law, specifically college sports and name, image likeness (NIL) and international athletes. He studies how NIL has impacted the collegiate sports landscape as well as the unique immigration issues facing international athletes (professional and amateur). Lastly, he also researches and write in the area of zombie mortgages (mortgages which homeowners are unable to escape through standard legal mechanisms).
