The University of Oregon is in active negotiations with employee unions to reach new collective bargaining agreements. The following updates are offered to keep the campus community informed:

United Academics:

Collective bargaining for a new contract between the university and United Academics began on Jan. 9 and will continue through the winter and spring terms with weekly bargaining sessions. The current agreement with UA, and the faculty they represent, expires on June 30, 2020.

Human resources will keep the campus community informed during ongoing negotiations by publishing periodic updates. The HR website will serve as a primary source of information throughout negotiations.

University of Oregon Police Association:

The University of Oregon and the UO Police Association begin the collective bargaining process for a new contract in January. Negotiations are expected to continue into the spring term with regular bargaining sessions. The current contract expires on June 30, 2020.
