University of Oregon Athletics and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee recently announced that the first-ever “O Show” sports awards night will take place at Matthew Knight Arena on Monday, May 11.
The show is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m., while the doors will open to the public one hour prior. The dress code is formal.
The red carpet event — hosted by UO alumnus and ESPN anchor Neil Everett — is free and open to all fans, but a donation to O Heroes is encouraged. For fans who cannot attend, a live video stream of the event is available here.
The event will feature a performance from the UO’s all-male a cappella group, On The Rocks, live social media voting on special awards and a highlight video of top moments from Duck sports.
All O Show awards nominees have been previously chosen by student-athletes and athletics department staff members. For a complete list of nominees and the awards they are up for, see the announcement from UO Athletics.
